The Ultra-Fab Protective Cover for Electric A-Frame Jacks - Vinyl - 12" x 14-1/2" # UF38-944020 is the protective cover I recommend for your Husky Brute 4,500 lb Trailer Jack # HT87247. I've attached a photo of the dimensions when laid flat, but I've also attached a video to assist with the fit. It has a durable vinyl construction with integrated draw string closure.
Eliminate the physical exertion commonly associated with lifting and lowering a trailer when you use a Stromberg Carlson 3500 lb. Electric Tongue Jack. It does the heavy lifting for you, and has lots of other features as well. For example, the trailer tongue electric jack has equalizing bars that are easy to set, so you get better results, and two separate LED night lights that provide both added safety and additional illumination. The leg extends up to 23; and although it is heavy and durable, it's also surprisingly lightweight and easy to store.
The Fastway Flip trailer jack foot is an easily installed foot that will give you either a 4" or a 6" extension. It has a unique feature in that it will automatically drop down when you are lowering your jack and it will automatically retract into a stowed position as you are running your jack up. Either extension length fits the standard 2 1/4" tongue jack with a 2" inner tube diameter.

From my research I found that your 16-ft Airstream Bambi has an A-frame. I recommend the Husky Brute Electric Trailer jack, part # HT87247. This jack features a 6-inch drop leg and lift of 18 inches so the total travel is 24 inches. This also includes a manual override if needed. This is a bolt-on installation. To keep the jack protected from the elements over prolonged periods of time I recommend part # UF38-944020.

I have used this cover to cover the tow jack on my trailer which has been parked up on the drive of my beach house for the last 12+ months. It has therefore been subjected to a marine type environment which plays havoc with house door fittings etc. The cover has survived intact and is now still in an "as new" condition. I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it. 424779
when I ordered this cover for my electric tounge jack i got 2 of them becausse i just knew it was going to be some cheap knock-off from leather and this one would be made of whatever and with the climate changes here in Utah between the very hot and sunny to the freezing snow covered cover wouldnt last the first season, But i could'nt have been more wrong. this is one high quality cover you'll know it the first time you pick it up you can feel the heavy dense matterial. this baby will last a good long time, Maybe i'll go sell the other one for some fishin gear 145623
Back up your vehicle to the coupler of your hitch. Center the ball directly under the coupler (duh, right?). Lower your jack down so that the coupler connects with the ball and you raise up the jack up until it can't go up any more.  (Don't raise jack all the way up yet if you have a weight distribution hitch that requires you to lift the hitch as well as the back of the tow vehicle.)

Even after I read the many bad reviews I decided to give this a try. I wasn't going to just let my tongue jack get rusty and broken. I know alot of you said it leaked and wasn't water resistant so I decided to use my waterproofing spray I use on family shoes on this cover. After a few crazy wind/rain storms it is staying dry. Hubby and I are happy with it.
