This is one of those great accessories that makes camping life all that much easier. For a while now I've been looking for a replacement for my old Home-Depot bucket-as-a-jack-cover solution. I stumbled across this one and so far it checks all the boxes. The material and stitches are really high quality and so far seems to withstand the pacific NW whether. The fit is pretty spot-on and you don't really need to ever take it off since the see-through panel allows easy jack operation. It got a couple of metal rings which act as chains hangers so I don't have to worry about them dragging and getting muddy.
One pretty awesome solution is the Towing Organizer by GR Innovations. This made in the USA organizational solution attaches around your trailer jack (either manual or electric) and gives you a place to hang two safety chains, an emergency brake cable, and an electrical harness. Making everything neat and organized (and making Marshall a very happy camper).
This electric A-frame jack offers 22" of total travel and features an LED courtesy light for simple nighttime operation. Crank included for manual override in case of power failure. Features: Tongue jack positions quickly and easily with integrated drop leg Powered drive provides quiet operation and efficient use of electrical power No more hand cranking Easy-to-access on/off
There are literally dozens of manual trailer jacks available. This is a very simple device that doesn't cost a lot of money. There aren't huge differences between the different available options, so we picked a light duty and a heavy duty manual jack option to give you an idea of what is out there. The manual trailer jacks we chose get good reviews on Amazon and are great choices if you wish to go the manual route.
Quickly and easily install a 4-way trailer connector on your vehicle with this custom harness. T-One connector plugs directly into existing wiring - no cutting, splicing or tapping required. Powered to temporarily remove all floor coverings and cargo trays. Once you've plugged in the connector, you will have to route the harness through the jack storage compartment to the center of your vehicle. Before
This fits nicely on our travel trailer power jack. We purchased it to stop the sun fading the black jack. Although we purchased and started using this a couple months ago, after days of heavy rain here recently we thought it would be prudent to check under it today. Yes, it is not waterproof BUT it was only damp under there and all the electronics still worked so we were happy. Let's face it, the manufacturers make the jacks to be weatherproof so a bit of water/damp should not hurt them. I do like another reviewer's idea of putting a plastic bag on first and then putting this cover on top though. A great idea!
